How to be prepared for St. Roch PTO's Boujee Bag Bash

Good afternoon, ladies!

Are your fancy pants ironed for tonight?

The Saint Roch PTO Boujee Bag Bash (purse bingo) is today, February 16, from approximately 6:00-9:00 p.m. This is just a quick post with information regarding the event. We are looking forward to this sold-out event and have a lot of fun in store for you! This information is for anyone attending the event.

LOCATION / PARKING

As a reminder, this event will be held in the 524 Event Center, located right next door to O’Gara’s Irish Pub. You can park anywhere on the street, and the pub has a parking lot to the east. After 6:00 p.m., the State Farm lot lit across the street will be available.

REGISTRATION

If you reserved a ticket or a table, you will need to check-in at the registration table for your entire group. Upon check-in, you will receive your bingo cards, dauber, and your free drink ticket. Guests can find their table assignments at the registration table. Just make sure you know the name of the person who purchased your tickets.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. for food, drinks and games. When you arrive, check out our raffle basket table and our “previously loved” purse auction table. You can also purchase 50/50 tickets and pull tabs, as well as participate in our two big $10 raffles. You can win a Lululemon all night festival cross-body bag in light grey or a dream vacation to Antigua + a Kate Spade travel set. We strongly recommend arriving early so that you have enough time to participate in all of these fun games prior to bingo, which will begin sharply at 7:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT: PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All gaming activities (50/50, pull tabs, raffles) are CASH ONLY. The only place where will take credit cards will be at the auction table. Food, drinks, and alcohol can also be paid for in cash, but if you get into a bind and would like to use a credit card, we will be selling “Boujee Bucks” at the cash table. You can purchase these with a credit card, and then use them to purchase concessions.
